Ubuntu 8.04 released Today!

Ubuntu 8.04 was released today! The servers are very busy so I will wait a few days before downloading the new desktop version. I can’t wait to try it out. It will have the latest Gnome desktop which has had some cosmetic upgrades, Firefox 3 Beta 5 ( I would bet they will give you an update when the final version is released), F-Spot photo manger and a Video Player that intergrates with  YouTube and  MythTv. I am excited to see what all there is to offer. Ubuntu 8.04 can be downloaded here.
